All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables belong to you, once the project is paid in full.
FlowWeb retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

21. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowweb shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, business, or data;
Errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you;
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or deliberate misconduct.

22. Publicity and Portfolio Use

By purchasing our services, you grant Flowweb the right to display your brand name and logo in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

23. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
